Currently we do not offer free returns. However, it is not excluded that we can offer you a free return on certain promotions in the future.
Defective, incomplete or missing items cannot be registered via the returns portal, as we process these as complaints. You can find all information here.
This is how the return works:
1. Enclose the completed delivery bill with your return.
If the delivery bill is missing, enclose a paper with the following information:
- Name
- Order number (PL.....)
- Reason for return
2. Send the return to:

We recommend that you send your return insured back to us. In the case of uninsured shipping, we can not pay for the resulting damage in case of loss in the mail.
It is best to keep your postal receipt as proof until you have received your refund.
This does not apply to:
- gift cards
- Articles where something else is explicitly stated
- Personalized articles (e.g. articles with personal engraving)

Please note: Sets (e.g. necklace sets) and jewelry boxes (e.g. surprise packages, Summer Essential Kits) can only be returned in full. Individual products cannot be exchanged.
