Klarna returns

How to register your return with Klarna: 🌺

If you have placed an order with the Klarna payment method and want to return something, you have the option of pausing the invoice directly with Klarna to avoid reminder fees.

Pause Klarna invoice:

If you have selected Klarna Invoice Purchase as your payment method, you can pause the invoice until the return has been processed. To do this, click on “Report return” in your Klarna customer account and then on “I have returned the goods”.

Returns can always be registered via Klarna as long as they are made within the return period of 30 days.

You will then be informed in the app and by email if the pause is successful. You can see at any time in Klarna how long the pause is valid for the complete payment.

Please note that we cannot extend your invoice deadline. If the payment deadline date on the invoice is exceeded, Klarna will automatically send you a reminder. In this case, please contact Klarna customer service. As a rule, it is sufficient to provide your name, the store name and your e-mail address.

If you have returned your entire order to us and have not yet paid your invoice, you will receive a confirmation that your Klarna invoice has been canceled after your return has been processed.

If you would like to return part of your order, simply reduce the invoice amount by the amount of the returned items and transfer the remaining amount to Klarna. If you have already transferred the full invoice amount, Klarna will transfer the corresponding amount of the returned items to your account.

If you have accidentally registered an incorrect item for return, this will be automatically corrected as soon as we have processed the return. Alternatively, you can cancel the return with Klarna and register it again.
