When will the store open?
We will open our PURELEI Store on 15 April 2024 at 10:00 am.
Where is the PURELEI store located?
Our store is centrally located in the city centre, on the ground floor of Kaufingertor Passage, Kaufingerstraße 9, 80331 Munich.
What are the opening hours?
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
Which products can be purchased in the PURELEI store?
You have the opportunity to experience a large selection of our range in the store.
You can find the following products in our store:
- PURELEI jewellery
- PURELEI Beauty
- PURELEI clothing
- PURELEI jewellery storage
Is it possible to try on the clothes in the store?
Yes, you have the opportunity to try on our clothes on site in our changing rooms.
Can I return or exchange my jewellery on site?
You can return or exchange PURELEI products purchased in the store within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please bring your proof of purchase with you. *
You will receive the proof of purchase on site after your purchase, but you can also have it sent to you digitally so that you always have it to hand.
Items purchased in the online shop cannot be returned on site. Please inform yourself here about the return conditions.
Attention! Please do not return products purchased in the PURELEI store to us, but bring them back to our store, otherwise there may be long delays in processing.
Can I make a complaint about my PURELEI products on site?
In the store, we can only accept complaints about products that were purchased on site. Please bring your proof of purchase with you.
For all other complaints, please use our contact form or our chatbot.
Can I take out a Mahina Club subscription on site?
You can take out the Mahina Club subscription in the store. We will send you the set by post after successful registration.
Please note that we cannot take out the subscription in advance for the next month, but you will receive the current Mahina Club set.
It is not possible to manage your subscription on site. Please make any changes to your subscription via your customer account in the "Manage subscription" section or contact our customer service.
Will the new collections also be available directly in the store?
Yes, you can experience and purchase all our new collections directly on site.
Will there be special offers and promotions on site?
Yes, we will always be presenting changing offers and promotions in our store.
*The Mahina Club subscription is excluded from this, you can inform us of your revocation in writing within 14 days when you place your new order.
