Can I return the PURELEI Beauty products if I don't like them?
Please note that our PURELEI Beauty products can only be returned to us unopened within 30 days. Opened products are excluded from the right of return.
How do I return the PURELEI Beauty products to you?
1. Your order should include an enclosed delivery bill, this is not a return label. You can use this to register your return.
If no delivery bill was included with your order, please note the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:
- Name
- Order number (PL.....)
- the reason for the return
2. Send the return to:

We recommend that you send your return to us insured. In the case of uninsured shipping, we cannot be held liable for any loss incurred in the post.
