How can I collect LEI points?
If you are logged into your PURELEI account, you can collect LEI points with every order. You will receive 10 LEI points for every euro you spend. This also applies to discounted items.
You will also receive LEI points for the following activities:
- Account creation - 300 points
- Newsletter registration - 100 points
- App download - 150 points
- Instagram Follow - 50 points
- Write a review of a purchased product - 100 points
- Review with picture or video - 150 points
- Enter birthday* - 100 points
- Refer a friend - 500 points
There is no limit on LEI points.
I don't have a customer account, can I receive the LEI points afterwards?
You have the option of creating a customer account within 30 days of placing your order in order to receive your LEI points afterwards. After 30 days, LEI points can no longer be credited retrospectively. You can create a customer account at any time and then collect your LEI points with every order.
What do "approved", "pending" and "rejected" LEI points mean?
Approved: You can redeem these LEI points directly.
Pending: These LEI points must first be approved before you can redeem them. This mainly concerns orders and referrals (refer a friend) and can take up to 14 days**. If the status does not change, please contact customer service.
Rejected: These LEI points will not be credited to you. This happens, for example, if you have canceled an order.
How do I redeem my LEI points?
You can redeem your approved LEI points for a reward as soon as they are sufficient.
You also have the option of paying for your order with LEI points.
To do this, you can redeem your LEI points independently and proactively for your purchase at the checkout. You can determine the number of LEI points yourself from 200 LEI points. The LEI points are then converted into a voucher that is credited proportionately to your items.
Redeeming your LEI points is limited to €8 per order.
I would like to cancel/return an order. What happens to my LEI points?
If you cancel an order completely, no LEI points will be credited to you. If an order is only partially canceled, you will only receive your LEI points for the items you keep. If you have paid with your LEI points, your LEI points will be credited when you return your order in full. If you return part of your order, we will unfortunately not be able to credit your LEI points. This also applies to the voucher.
Why have I lost LEI points?
If you cancel or return an order, you will lose LEI points. The same applies if you refer a friend and they cancel or return their order. Your outstanding LEI points will then be rejected.
I have completed an activity but have not received any LEI points.
It can take up to 14 days for your LEI points to be credited to your account. If there are any problems, please log in to your account again or contact our customer service.
Can I combine vouchers from PURELEI Loyalty with promotional codes etc.?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine discount codes or vouchers.
Do my LEI points expire?
If you do not make another purchase within 365 days, your LEI points and your PURELEI Loyalty status will expire. But don't worry - we will inform you before your LEI points expire.
Can I have the LEI points paid out?
LEI points cannot be paid out.
Where can I see how many LEI points I already have and what offers are available?
You can check your LEI points balance at any time in your account under "PURELEI Loyalty". You can see the LEI points you have collected over the last 12 months and how many LEI points you still need to reach the next level.
What is the maximum number of reviews I can write?
You can write a maximum of 3 reviews per day. It takes 1-2 days for your LEI points to be approved.
*Birthday surprises can be redeemed from a minimum purchase value of €69. The conditions are always included in the email.
**Mahina Club members who purchase the 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscription will only receive their points once the term of their subscription has ended.
