Pause:
With our Mahina Club, you have the option of pausing your subscription for one month or several months. Please note that you can only pause the next three deliveries at a time. In order for your subscription to be suspended, the pause must be made before the 28th of the month.
As a result, the debit of the payment and also the delivery for the next month will be suspended. The subscription will then continue as usual in the month after next.
You can make this setting in your customer account.
To do this, please go to "Show pending orders" and click on "Skip" for the desired delivery.
Cancellation:
Once you have received your first delivery and the withdrawal period of 14 days from the order has expired, it is no longer possible to cancel your subscription. In this case, you can cancel or pause your subscription from the next possible date. Both of these options will only take effect from the following month or after the subscription period of the selected subscription model.
Termination:
You must cancel your Mahina Club Flex subscription before the 28th of the month with effect from the following month if no further delivery is desired. You can simply log in to our website under "Account" and cancel your subscription under "Manage subscription".
Then go to "Manage subscriptions" in your view and select the subscription you want to edit. At the bottom you have the option to select "Cancel subscription".
Your payment will then be automatically stopped for the next month or the next possible date. This means that no further amount will be debited to you in the following month and no further jewelry set will be delivered.
You are also welcome to contact us so that we can cancel the subscription for you.
Early termination of long-term subscriptions is not possible.
Please note that you will not receive any monthly benefits (discounts, competitions, pre-sale access, etc.) from the Mahina Club if you pause or cancel your subscription for the month.
