Change of address:
Shipping address
Log in to your customer account and select your subscription under "Manage subscription". In the overview, you can click directly on the pencil with the "Edit address" button.
Please note that our Mahina Club cannot be sent to a Packstation. Therefore, please select an alternative address to which we can send your monthly surprise.
Billing address
Log in to your customer account and select your subscription under "Manage subscription". In the overview, you can click directly on the pencil with the "Edit address" button.
If you do not have a customer account, you can also contact us so that we can change your address for you.
Please note that your current billing address cannot be changed; a change will only take effect from the next order. Your order will always be sent to the specified delivery address. An invoice will not be sent by post to the billing address, but will only be sent by e-mail on request.
Shipping:
You will always receive the Mahina Club for the month in which you take out the subscription. You will then be debited again on the 2nd of the following month and receive the next edition a few days later. From now on, all further orders will always take place on the 2nd of the month, dispatch takes place up to 7 days after debiting. Please note that the first amount will be debited directly after the subscription has been taken out.
As soon as the Mahina Club has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation and a tracking number.
