Can I return the PURELEI Beauty products if I don't like them?
Please note that our PURELEI Beauty products can only be returned to us unopened within 30 days. Opened products are excluded from the right of return.
How do I return the PURELEI Beauty products to you?

Please note that we will deduct the costs for the return shipment of CHF 10.00 from the refund of your return.
Important: For returns in envelopes or parcels that exceed the B5 format (17.6 cm x 25.0 cm), additional costs may be incurred at the post office. PURELEI will not cover these costs.
As soon as you have registered the return, you will receive a stamp to print out. You can simply stick this on your parcel and drop it in a letterbox.
It is not possible to hand over your return in person at our warehouse or at the collection point in Switzerland.
Please note: Only unopened PURELEI Beauty products can be returned to us.
